The partnership between Aurachain and Telekom Romania arose from the successful completion of aici.gov.ro, which is a government platform used to help furloughed workers claim their benefits. Aurachain worked on the project with Telekom Romania and both companies plan to continue their partnership.
The Role of Aurachain
Aurachain’s role in the partnership will be to provide digital process and blockchain applications that will be availed as part of Telekom Romania’s Business Continuity Strategy. The telecom company will roll out these applications in their WellnessHive and InterVote solutions. These two solutions are designed to address issues that businesses face due to COVID19.
The InterVote solution assists companies to make critical conditions that are compliant, auditable, and contactless. For instance, when a vote is required during a meeting by personnel in remote locations, they can use this solution.
InterVote was designed for AGMs and Emergency General Meetings that are held virtually in observance of physical distancing guidelines. The solution can also be used for the Board of Directors’ meetings and any other meeting where critical decision-making is needed. With the solution, the voting system can be automated and the outcome recorded on an immutable record secured using blockchain technology
WellnessHive helps organizations manage the productivity, health, and availability of their remote workforce. With the solution, a company can create a digital app that generates continuous feedback with the workforce. It allows for the monitoring of different aspects that affect their ability to perform their duties and their general output.
With the data gathered, an automated real-time triage is generated by the system. It entails isolation, prioritization, and distribution of responses from various members of the organization. WellnessHive is a great solution for overextended HR departments and business management. It is a versatile tool for workforces working remotely as well for those companies reintroducing employees to physical offices.

According to the Marketing Business Segment Romania Director of Telekom Romania Andreea Cramer, all businesses, no matter their size, needed to accelerate the digitization of their processes. She noted that it was more important than ever in the face of COVID19.
She mentioned that at Telekom Romania, they had promised to keep the country connected throughout the pandemic. The Director added that in keeping with that promise, they were working with companies guided by beliefs and objectives similar to theirs. Their partnership with Aurachain would help business and the public sector in their digitization efforts, according to Andreea.
Adela Wiener, the CEO of Aurachain, had equally positive sentiments. She said that applications such as WellnessHive, InterVote, and the aici.gov.ro platform demonstrated the power of the company’s low-code rapid app development platform. She noted that all the applications had been deployed for production within two weeks.
With the advent of COVID19 and the implementation of physical distancing requirements, it has become necessary to find secure ways of communicating and decision-making.
