RIYADH, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, September 14, 2026

Senior finance and technology leaders advanced the Vision 2030 conversation across AI, digital banking, payments, resilience and customer experience.

FINNOVEX Saudi Arabia 2026, the 38th chapter of the FINNOVEX Global Series, concluded on a high note at InterContinental Riyadh by IHG on 2 September 2026. The chapter brought together senior leaders from banking, financial services, insurance, government and enterprise technology to examine the next phase of the Kingdom’s digital finance transformation.

Convened under the theme “Vision 2030 & Fintech Innovation: Accelerating Saudi Arabia’s Digital Finance Ecosystem,” the one-day programme featured more than 40 industry speakers and the participation of more than 10 sponsors and partners. Its agenda was designed around the issues shaping executive decisions now: responsible AI, modern digital banking, payments innovation, open ecosystems, cyber resilience, customer experience and the operating models required to scale transformation with confidence.

Across keynote addresses, leadership panels, fireside conversations and peer exchange, one message remained consistent: technology creates sustainable value only when it is matched by clear governance, institutional trust and disciplined execution. Participants explored how financial institutions can move from experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption while protecting customers, strengthening resilience and supporting the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
The chapter also highlighted the importance of collaboration across the financial ecosystem. Banks, insurers, fintech companies, technology providers and public-sector stakeholders shared perspectives on building interoperable platforms, improving access, accelerating product innovation and developing the talent needed for the next generation of financial services.
“Chapter 38 demonstrated what FINNOVEX is built to do: bring decision-makers and solution leaders into one room, turn strategic ambition into practical dialogue, and strengthen the relationships that will shape finance’s next horizon. Riyadh’s energy and commitment to innovation made this a meaningful milestone for the Global Series.”

The FINNOVEX Awards formed an important part of the programme, recognising leadership, innovation and measurable contribution across the financial ecosystem. The recognitions celebrated individuals and organisations helping institutions modernise responsibly and turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact.
